Refund Policy

Finrock - REFUND POLICY

As we provide software consulting services wherein the product developed is generally downloadable in nature, thus we follow a strict refund policy. Refund is NOT provided when the products are sent or services are rendered.

Normally, due to the nature of the product, there will be no refund once an invoice is paid.

In case of non-satisfaction of deliverables, the customer is eligible to claim unlimited revisions in the deliverables since there is no possibility for refund.

No Refunds are entertained in case of host side errors, third-party's service downtimes, or any other technical errors with the server's side where application is hosted.

Every additional customization for the product will be considered as new project. There is no refund for the customization assignments.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in description available on the preview page of each product/service.
